As people enjoy their time outside in nature, this stool helps you to rest and relax from their busy, urban life. Tweet comes from the sound of a bird, has the form of a chair like a bird cage with the material of a welded metal. A hole is carved on the center surface on the stool in a bird shape, which creates a shadow underneath the stool of that same shape. As people sit on the stool, the bird disappears from the cage. It’s located at the heart of China town where gold line passes. The entire space is explained by dualism of oriental medicine; visible and invisible. The visible aspect of medicine is the material, in this case it is wood and stone. Invisible is traslated as light and scent that diffuses throughout due to small holes between lower and upper level. The design is inspired by the method of folding herbal medicine paper. Just like the folded paper, folded walls create different spaces, while private and public space is created by the level changes.
